August 17, 2015 - La robe est très claire. Au nez puis en bouche, c’est très floral et ensuite sur les nectarine blanches et les poires asiatiques. Il y a une touche lactée, et la minéralité est moins présente que je ne l’aurais cru, bien équilibrée. La longueur est légère à modérée, encore une fois me surprenant un peu. Un très beau Sylvaner, qui demeure pour moi un vin d’accompagnement à l’entrée mais auquel je préfère les Rieslings, Pinots Gris et Gewurztraminer.

Really short in the mouth, little high acidity too probably 'cause this is a young bottle. Nothing more than a curiosity.
Muy tímida en nariz destacando algunas notas a tiza.
En boca muy corta con una acidez algo disparada, seguramente por su juventud. Poco más que una curiosidad.
