September 22, 2021 - Deep ruby red with red brim. Nice, mature nose with notes of leather, furniture polish, cassis and some chewing tobacco. Mouthfeel is mature, medium bodied, with smooth tannins, nice acidity and notes of leather, black currants, underbrush and some tobacco.
Good, mature and quite elegant Margaux, drinks really well now. Classic Margaux style. -

August 9, 2017 - mittlere Farbe, nur noch minimal violett. Schöne „Süße“ in der Nase, sehr elegant, feines Holz. Gute Fülle, die Tannine schmelzen, ein typischer weicher 2011er, charmant und lang. Beginnende Trinkreife.

September 8, 2016 - Mín leið í gegnum Haugen smakkið (Gamla Bíó): Þarna kom loksins flottur ilmur. Dæmigerður þungur og höfugur Bordeaux ilmur. Þegar bragðað var á víninu þá stóð það ekki alveg undir þessum flotta ilmi. Ágætis vín samt. Ekki ódýrt vín eða á 5k.
