June 18, 2014 - VERTICALE VALENTINI (UNIVERSITA' POLLENZO): Annata piovosa con basse temperature medie. Completamente diverso dall' assaggio del 1983.
Lo zolfo è più presente, vino meno cremoso e più giovanile, più cristallino e più fine.
Molto equilibrio tra la sensazione di residuo zuccherino e una nota più tesa, vegetale, di aloe e prato appena falciato.
al palato tornano le note di lieviti tostati, ma c' è più nerbo, più acidità rinfrescante.
Vino beverino e giovanile in grande forma con un finale irradiante di agrumi e sale che irrorano il palato.
