May 15, 2018 - Rich red-crimson colour. Soft, sweet red fruit pastille nose, very welcoming bouquet. Initially soft and rich blueberry and leather palate with mildly tannic and acidic finish. Delicious wine coming into its optimal drinking window with at least 5 years improvement ahead. Great wine with heart fare eg beef shin ragu.

September 1, 2017 - Darker iron and beef's blood when first opened. With air mellowed out and became quite nice. Still never a fleshly light Grenache by any means. Good, just needed air.

October 3, 2015 - Old school, dark fruit and intense minerality. Definitely not the more modern bright red Priorat style, but intriguing.
