August 23, 2021 - Reticent, but complex aromas of canned peaches, raspberry preserves, black tea, cigar, and spice. More of a dried fig and prune character on the palate.

July 19, 2019 - This was a nice juicy mouthful of savory raspberry, bitter chocolate and cracked pepper with a nose of raspberry, brioche. Really tasty and drink any time. Long, peppery finish. Pretty decent acidity to keep it all lively.
