  April 1, 2018 - Medium color, virtually no nose. Hefty alcoholic flavors with some sweet plum in the finish and a touch of residual sugar. I was hoping for better. Edmeades, regrettably, has been in the Jackson Family Vineyards stable since 1988. Pizza wine at best. Should be drunk up ASAP.

  March 26, 2016 - Blind Zinfandel Tasting (Prior Lake, MN): Light in color, minimal aroma and mild flavor - a meh zinfandel.

  February 22, 2016 - The cork failed and there was leakage and oxidation to take into consideration. Appearance was that of an aged wine with woody and as anther commenter stated "medicinal" flavors. Some dark plum was there but a bit thinned out in overall assessment.
