December 23, 2023 - Nice balance, cherry and dark fruits, good concentration

July 17, 2022 - PnP. Lighter in body than I expected, but a very nice drink with plenty of life left.

May 11, 2022 - Quite good on day 1. A touch too alcoholic on nose and palate, but enjoyable nonetheless - olives, brine, pepper, meaty, savory notes.

Will update what it was like on day 2 tmrw.

PS: Day 2 update - Wine was a bit more muted, esp. on the palate. Not as expressive, read not as good, on day 2.

March 24, 2022 - Drank over 4 nights. Best on night 1, with little to no air contact, when primary notes where least subdued; least appealing on days 3 and 4, when primaries where muted and alcohol was in the way on both nose and palate. Yet another Bedrock Syrah that, after 5-7 yrs of cellar age, fails to impress and suggests that further cellaring may not help. The opposite of my experience with most Bedrock Zins and field blends, which tend to blossom after 5-7 yrs of cellaring.
