May 2, 2021 - Napa Cabernet Sauvignon, Diamond Mountain District, 2011 Coho Cabernet Sauvignon Summit Vine Ranch ($31 in 2015). Similar impressions to previous notes. Dark purple, viscous; ripe grape, cedar, black fruit, leather nose; mid-big body; tight tannins still; deep fruit; long, semi-hard, hot (14.5 alc.) finish. w/flank steak. 16.5 UC Davis scale, 91 other scales.

July 5, 2020 - Napa Cabernet Sauvignon, Diamond Mountain District, 2011 Coho Cabernet Sauvignon Summit Vine Ranch ($31 in 2015). Mid-dark garnet, brick edges; herbaceous, ripe grape, black fruit, cassis and wood nose; mid-big body; mid-plus tannins; long, hot (14.5 alc.) chewy finish. w/beef. 16.5 UC Davis scale, 91 other scales.
