    October 11, 2021 - Geoffroy Volupte 2008.
    Gogget 2014.
Meget pen modning på nesen nå.
Gule epler, moden sitrus, søtbakst og litt julekrydder.
    Lekker med fin intensitet.
    Behagelig mousse.
    Skikkelig digg vin. 92-93p

October 6, 2018 - Showed much on day 2. Lots of yellow fruit, wonderful acidity. Showing fresh and youthful, lots of life left.

    June 29, 2018 - 6g Dosage, Degorged November – 2016.
    58% Chardonnay – 42% Pinot Noir.
Aÿ grown Chardonnay was my blind guess…
Had more of a Chardonnay profile than Pinot in my opinion (and so was the case, once the bottle was reviled, but far from a Blanc de Noirs).
Rubber, tutti – frutti, bruised apples, fresh bread, some yeast and a good dose of minerals.
    Creamy, high acidity, long finish.
Very dry, and also, very good!

March 21, 2018 - thick mousse and a variety of bubble sizes. white bread, apple, egg shell, chalk, and white mushroom on the nose. sharp acidity. apple cider, white grape juice, quince, grapefruit zest, stone, and chalk. moderate dosage. good; a bit young for my palate. revisit in 5.

December 9, 2017 - 2017 Farmer Fizz (West Side Wines (West Hartford, CT)): Tasted at West Side Wines' (West Hartford, CT) "Farmer Fizz" annual grower Champagne event. Bright on the nose, almost reminiscent of Smarties candies, with some sweet bread and lemon curd. Weedy and seedy on the palate with low flavor intensity. Nose sets it up well, but palate fails to follow through. "Good," 83/100.

December 2, 2017 - Medium yellow, fine, lively bead. Mellow citrus and a touch of oxidation. Rich and creamy without being heavy or tasting of wood (this apparently saw about 50% used Burgundy barrels). Dry, excellent acidity, very long. I don't think I've ever tasted this before and was very impressed-seems like almost Grand Marque quality at a high but bearable tariff. Probably still early in its drinking window.

November 30, 2016 - Champagne & Fried Chicken Dinner (Manhattan Wine Company & Porchlight - NYC): 80% Pinot Noir/ 30% Chard - Another standout tonight. Crisp and lively with and underlying mineralogy and yeastiness and some additional weight from the Pinot. Nice finish.

November 21, 2016 - Olga Raffault Vertical (Cherry Circle Room): Nose: The nose is expressive and richer with red apples, mineral tones, baked bread, quince, toast, and a hint of wood. There is good depth with the wood being somewhat noticeable.

Taste: Full bodied with high acidity. The acidity is noticeable, but it isn't too overpowering with red apples, minerals, baked bread, quince, toast, and some spiced pears.

Overall: This is drinking beautifully, but it can easily age for another 3-5+ years. There is a richness to it that is quite attractive with excellent depth on the nose and palate.

November 21, 2016 - Some slight oxidative tones on the nose give way to a well-delineated palate of stone fruits, brioche and firm acidity; This needs some more time to unwind, but it's already starting to drink very nicely
