April 7, 2016 - 30mo Salón de Gourmets (IFEMA - Madrid): Again from magnum.
Sensation of a younger wine on the nose. Reduced and fruity at the same time.
It was acid but savoury and very profitable. The last drop was the better one. Thanks Jason.
De nuevo de un magnum.
Sensación de vino más joven en nariz. Alguno dijo que esa botella estaba rellenada. Reducido y afrutado al mismo tiempo.
Estaba ácida y sabrosa y muy aprovechable. El último golpe fue el mejor. -

Inicialmente oliendo como a un establo. Totalmente reducida.
Tras respirar un poco fue más que suficiente para mostrar lo rica que podía ser.
Perfectamente equilibrada en boca. Un vino suave, incluso delicado si lo comparas con los Irancy probados.
Un compromiso ajustado para lo que puede ser una botella de PN de 14 años.
