June 6, 2017 - Mature Premier & Grand Cru Chablis with Richard Brazier (Handford Wines, London): Surprisingly ripe, apple, touch of caramel and feels to have had a relatively high amount of oak in its elevage. Softer wine, riper, good concentration , light exotic fruits, honey. Young but also quite silky. A very nice wine but lacks the feel of chablis for us. Solid wine but not our favorite. 91
