February 10, 2024 - Just Lovelly. Tertiary notes are starting to appear. Its well balanced maybe a tad too hot.

October 23, 2020 - Decanted for 4 hours served at about 18/19c . Pleasant enough BUT just not memorable or good enough to buy or consume again.

November 15, 2019 - Drinking very well, but no hurry. +5-8 years.

August 29, 2014 - Tasting at Enoteca Regionale del Barbaresco (Enoteca Regionale del Barbaresco): Appearance is clear, pale intensity, ruby colour. Legs.
Nose is clean, medium+ intensity, with aromas of dried red fruit and violets. Developing.
On the palate, dry, high acidity, high alcohol, puckering high tannins, full body. Pronounced flavour intensity, with flavours of dried red cherry, redcurrant, and strawberry. Long finish.
Good quality. Still young. At least another 5+ years.
    Aged in large oak casks.
