August 29, 2014 - Tasting at Enoteca Regionale del Barbaresco (Enoteca Regionale del Barbaresco): Appearance is clear, pale intensity, ruby colour. Legs.
Nose is clean, medium+ intensity, with aromas of sweet red cherries and slight soy sauce. Developing.
On the palate, dry, medium+ acidity, medium+ alcohol, dry puckering high tannins, full body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of sweet red cherries and strawberries. Hint of soy sauce. Long finish.
Good quality. Maybe another 3-4 years for the tannins to smoothen out and should be drinking well.
    Aged in large oak casks.
