January 19, 2020 - Lovely nose - dark fruit, spices, smoke, earthy notes. On the palate very mineral and super vibrant, cool dark fruit, very intense and long finish. Developing nicely. Drink or keep. 93-95

November 10, 2019 - Not super complex but what a pleasure to drink. A fruity non-French style, reminds me a lot of good Oregon pinot with the almost candy like dark fruit. But a very nice acidity makes it a very balanced and fresh experience.

March 19, 2016 - Académie des Cinquante Moselle / Ahr Tasting (Restaurant De Burgemeester *, Linschoten, Netherlands): Quite a Burgundian style, structured, cool and mineral, low toast oak needs a a few more years to integrate, masculine and linear, long. Reminiscent of a Côte de Nuits Premier Cru.

November 8, 2014 - Quite powerful, with grippy but round tannins, great minerality, pure notes of red and black fruit, woodsmoke, spices. Very young and tense, but already so complex and promising. Great persistence and length. This is/will be outstanding. 94-95+
