  It should be the same content as Legras and Haas. Citrus , green chestnut, later vanilla and coffee. At his peak. not so much roasted pine nut as legras and Haas. 95

  August 7, 2009 - From the list at RN74. When opened, this displayed barely adequate concentration and flesh; it seemed not only austere but on the border of unpleasantly lean. Within half an hour, though, it gained in viscosity, sweetness, complexity, richness, and depth, and became almost voluptuous for an '88, especially when paired with food - regardless of whether the food was high in acid (an heirloom tomato dish), protein (raw oysters), or fat (pate de compagne). I'd be drinking this fairly soon, but there is no great rush.
