January 7, 2015 - Monthly Tasting Group EEE #034; Burgundy (@ TB): Beautiful and complex bouquet with yellow tropical fruits and pleasant vanilla. On the palate yellow fruits like pineapple, white fruits, some smoke, minerals and a touch of vanilla. Mild acidity, pleasant bitterness and a good length.
