April 23, 2024 - Cooper colored, not too flawed but bother than great length, doesn’t have quite the tension I would have hoped for.

July 3, 2023 - Took about an hour of air to blossom but then was quite good with flavors of wax and lanolin and quinine.

April 22, 2023 - Aromas of roasted grain, honey, pressed white flowers, and hami melon. Delicate white flower/butterscotch flavors transitioning with time to rainier cherry and sherry. Subtle to say the least but its delicacy was well-suited to our 65-vegetable tasting menu at Restaurant Flore, Amsterdam. At this point of maturity, it would not be suitable to more robust pairings.

April 2, 2023 - Felt this was slightly over the hill. Wine evolved in the glass for the first hour giving somewhat interesting notes of honey and white flowers. After an hour the wine was dead though. Would like to try a younger vintage.

February 20, 2023 - The nose was a bit subdued but faint smell of citrus. The taste was awesome. Bit oxidative, wax citrus and gripping. Plenty of life left.
