Community Tasting Notes 1

October 17, 2006 - This wine needed a bit of time to open up...forest floor on the nose, cherry on the palate, with substantial acid, yet the mouthfeel and overall depth of the wine is limited...The wine is comes across simple, as you would expect for a Bourgogne...The finish is long, and was best 1+ hour after the bottle was opened...Nice length for a bourgogne, overall an enjoyabe wine, HOLD for 2-3 more years...
