September 23, 2021 - Pale yellow. Great nose of tropical fruit and white flowers. Medium to full bodied, tart lemon meringue, peaches, and a nice finish. Excellent.

April 12, 2021 - Even though acidity is starting to wane and feshness of fruit has long given away to unsupported oak flavors, it still pairs well with a spicy, savory meal! But don’t hold this wine any longer than today — it won’t get better!

February 22, 2021 - Really nice Gewurtz. Crisp, hints of pear and stone fruit. Went well with tempura.

January 14, 2021 - Full bodied and ripe.
White flower, citrus and a spicy chewiness on the nose that carries a melody of stone fruit citrus as minerality on the palate.
It flashes between chalky minerality and ripe fruits.
Long finish.
As per usual, super interesting wine from Tercero!
