  June 17, 2015 - Resplendent cherry red color. Palate of dark cherry and refreshing sour bubbles. Never thought red sparkling could be this refreshing.

  April 4, 2015 - This wine is a real eye opener and why it's worth getting off the beaten path sometimes. Pours a bright garnet with a hint of purple. Best description is that it's sparkling sour cherry juice. With a tart rhubarb finish. Perfect for a warm summer day with some grilled burgers. 11% ABV.

  April 1, 2015 - Drinks at Chez Simo (Chez Simo Bistro - Chicago, IL): Strawberries, cranberries, and cherries on the nose. The palate was super exciting to me. The red fruits were joined by some light plum and lots of acidity. Would be perfect with burgers in the summer.

  April 1, 2015 - Dinner at Chez Simo (Chicago, IL): Violets, purple fruit, and just smells like fresh fruit juice. Yum. Super lively on the palate with a pronounced strawberry/rhubarb flavour. I almost get a little bit of pineapple too (weird). Lots of acidity, which seems almost out of place, since I was basically expecting some sweet fruit juice based on the nose. Super fun to drink, this really needs some greasy food to do it justice.
