May 5, 2023 - Currently at peak age.
While not terribly special, it is indeed good, especially for the price.
I agree with Burghound's tasting notes. -

March 9, 2023 - Great minerality, with a little rubber and smoke. It definitely had a Spätburgunder element to it. Fruit also seemed to be less stewed and more vibrant than the previous bottle. 13% ABV.
