October 25, 2020 - This is starting to drink well. Tannins are melding with the dark fruit flavours. Still has a menthol /nose, high acidity, medium length, slight lingering sweetness on the palate with each glass. Good food wine at this stage. Question for me is will this continue to soften and show more fruit with age? I will wait and see? Again it seems like most of the 2014,s in my cellar are all going through a shut down phase in their evolution.

October 13, 2017 - Impressive young Chambolle-Musigny. Silky, concentrated red fruit and luxurious oak. Mid-weight but with higher acidity that provides freshness. Not as much chalkiness as in many other wines from Chambolle. Delicious today, but will most certainely be even better in 5-10 years.
