Vin à la robe d'intensité moyenne +
Pas de prise de notes particulières car dîner entre amis mais la bouteille peut-être encore encavée quelques années.
La matière est dense et encore dans sa jeunesse, je dirais ouvrir la prochaine dans 8 à 10 ans pour une évolution sur arômes tertiaires si bonnes conditions de garde. -

November 6, 2022 - A bit of bricking. At first a bit unbalanced and a touch tart and tannic, but about 40 minutes after decanting, things seemed to come together. This si the first bottle of the 6-pack and it was delicate and floral, both in nose and palate. Currants and roses, ripe red raspberries, a hint of cedar and mint. Not sure this keeps improving form here, but lovely.

May 5, 2022 - Dominated by red fruit, cherries and mineral around a solid backbone of acidity. Vibrant och full of energy with long aftertaste. Beautiful wine with many years of life left.
