March 24, 2015 - Top 100 Farewell Dinner 2015 (Rodwell House): (Tasted Blind): Blend of Cinsaut and Cabernet Sauvignon, the bouquet displays smoke and feral notes with squashy strawberries, wild mushrooms and earth. A soft and delicate palate that feels like Pinot Noir with that barnyard, feral element that moves towards Brett in a good way. The mid-palate has fresh strawberries, ash, and iced tea, contributing to its complexity. Finishes long with a cola tonic element.
