March 20, 2020 - Pop and pour. Lovely floral notes with spices right out of the gate. Rounded off with time to reveal more stem-woodsy character. Palate is well balanced and smooth with an excellent weight. This might gather depth with time, but is already quite drinkable. Has a classic Burgundy feel that is reminiscent of an off vintage of DRC.

October 21, 2019 - Tasting with Olivier Bernstein (Bourbon Steak, Washington D.C.): Pretty floral Chambolle nose displaying raspberry, strawberry rhubarb tart, rose, sap, a hint of stem, perfume and earth. Beautifully balanced palate, very finely layers bright red fruit, silky, precise and detail, bright acidity and mineral, and a seamless long sweet red fruit driven finish with sap and rose at the end Nicely expressing the red fruit driven 14 vintage and floral Chambolle terroir.

July 11, 2018 - A new wine for me and really nice. This doesn't scream Chambolle--the fruit is darker and this isn't a terribly elegant wine--but the fruit is intense and concentrated and very deep. This is relatively open and shows nice complexity.

April 16, 2017 - Followed over two days. More expressive day two. Nose of blackberries, raspberries, wet stones, underbrush and something confected and exotic. Palate was ripe and elegant with some integrated oak. Not sure it will age like some others but delicious now.

June 26, 2015 - Olivier Bernstein Cellar Visit and Tasting (Beaune): Barrel tasting at domaine. This has often been a personal favorite of mine, but CO2 and heavy reduction made it difficult for me to assess, but lots of red and black cherry are apparent with lots of potential.
