April 1, 2016 - Nose: Duck Breast, Blackberry, Blueberry and Leather. Palate: Silky and fine approach. Game, earth, spice and some minerality at the back of the palate. Does have a bit of VA that subsides with decanting. Finish: Moderate length. Detailed complex close.

Great wine. Classic aged Corton. 91+ and on peak now.

May 19, 2007 - Montreal Offline: Pinot Noir (Restaurant Chez Cristophe): Tasted blind.
Ruby red, clear. Nose of cherries and a wiff of alcohol. Simple palate but with an Ok finish.
    Correctly identified this as burgundy.
