July 29, 2023 - IPNC Weekend 2023; 7/26/2023-7/31/2023: Not at all sure this is even close to the right bottle. Eric's bottle at the salmon bake. Tasty, cherry, toucb of vanillin, perfumed berry nose, a little woody on the palate and some harder edges. Proper, tasty, nose is better than the palate.
