February 4, 2022 - Found 5 of these in the Cab section of my wine cellar, so decided to open one for dinner of homemade pizza. P&P with some breathing in my glass as I sautéed the onions and mushrooms.
Black & Blue fruit as would be expected with this predominantly Syrah blend. Medium finish with just slightly drying tannins. Over all a very nice “find” for a Friday night. Perfect drinking window. -
