February 13, 2016 - Medium body, straw yellow with greenish tints color. Elegantly aromatic, garden and tropical white fruits, fresh grass notes, oily and spicy aroma. Peaches, backed apricots, pears and mineral on the palate, nuts and herbal on medium long finish. Light, fresh, charm, impressive and very pleasant, creamy texture, complex and well balanced, gentle acidity, Food friendly, best match is sharp cheeses or rice with poultry. Open half hour in advance. Serve 11º - 14º. Drink now and next three/four years.
