December 20, 2015 - Color: Dark ruby red with purple hues.
Nose: Cassis with green pepper undertones.
Palate: A ton of cassis and high tannins (7/10) with a full body. Finish is long and lingering. Slightly dry.
Opinion: Delicious and full of cassis. Fun find in Stellenbosch. -

December 20, 2015 - A Tour of Stellenbosch WIneries; 12/17/2015-12/20/2015 (The Estates in Stellenbosch): A hint of fruit upfront with very heavy tannins 8/10. Not a stunner for me.
