January 30, 2019 - Deep red in the glass and with little sentiments. Full of aromas of black currant, cigar, toffee, cherry jam, earthy and wood. Palate has the same with herbal spices, black pepper and red bell pepper. Full body but very balance. High smooth tannins and medium acidity. Decanting will help. It represents hot climate Cabernet Sauvignon with a touch of the terroir.

November 6, 2016 - What to drink before we die... (Restaurant Prinzinger, Düsseldorf (Germany)): My second Trilogia after the 2009 vintage. This is pure fun and has great bold flavours of different wild berries and spices. Try one Trilogia if you have the chance to.
