February 5, 2011 - Clear medium garnet with moderate aromas of cherry and stone fruit. Bone dry and strongly tannic, the balance isn't there yet and this needs time. Crisp acidity, flavorus of lemon, apple, leather, and oak. Long finish but a little thin -- need to leave this alone for a couple of years before hitting more bottles.
