January 20, 2024 - Pearl of Burgundy Gala Dinner 2024 (Four Seasons Hotel): Differing opinion here, I felt this was pure and clean with some tertiary notes compared to the 2017 ESJ. One agree with me but another felt 2017 was purer.

January 20, 2024 - Pearl of Burgundy gala dinner: Thought this was rather rustic and lacked the precision of the ‘17. The improvement in winemaking here over the years was evident across the three days of tasting his wines.

August 18, 2017 - Nose of red fruit, some stems, touch of sour cherry. Very silky and elegant on the palate. Smooth. From a structural point this can easily be consumed now, pleasant and fruity. Aromas are still quite primary though so a wait for another 3-5 years will be beneficial. 94-95

March 11, 2017 - La Paulée de New York Grand Tasting (Pier Sixty - New York NY): Tasting, brief note. A great wine in a more elegant style than typical for Gevrey, but not necessarily so for Latricieres. Just slightly more black vs red fruit with soft tannins and excellent balance. Softness of the structure makes the great length almost surprising. Highlights the vintage perfectly. Should drink well young for Grand Cru, 2020 forward.

March 11, 2017 - These wines keep getting better, nice Gevrey spine.
