January 27, 2016 - Enofusión 2016; 1/25/2016-1/27/2016 (IFEMA - Madrid): On the nose a mix of plum and lavender.
Fresh and with some persistence on the palate. There are some, little , pepper and lime mineral notes.
It would be worth waiting a few years for this acidity marked lighter.
En nariz se mezclan la ciruela y la lavanda.
Fresco y con cierta persistencia en el paladar. Hay algo, poco, de pimienta y mineral calizo.
Merecería la pena esperar unos años para que se suavice un poco más esta marcada acidez.
