March 9, 2020 - Lemon curd, buttermilk, rich milky texture, lanolin?. Very complex. Long finish.
Improved in the glass, so would have benefited from a decant

June 4, 2019 - JB @ Noizé (Noizé, London): Pale to mid straw. Lots of apricot kernel on the nose. A pithiness to the richness too. Lovely textural quality with plenty of chew. Good line and length. Consistent with previous bottles. ****

May 21, 2019 - Monthly Tuesday group "The Dead Sparrow" #039: Northern Rhone white (By JdB): In the bouquet vanilla, white fruits, anise and some bitterness. On the palate minerals, citrus acidity, pineapple, almond bitterness. some sweetness and an enormous length. 92 - 93

December 30, 2016 - Mid gold. Again, lovely weight in the glass. Chewy texture without being heavy — a lovely minerally line keeps this fresh and focused through a lingering finish. Super. ****

December 6, 2016 - AB Christmas Bash (Chez Bruce, London): Nice weight here, quite dense and viscous texture, but a mineral line and lightness through the finish. Long. Richer and fuller than the 13 alongside. ****
