November 30, 2021 - This got a lot of approval around the table, generally liking 01s right now. Good stuffing, a lot of aromatic density and then nice aromas of cured meat. A very good wine to drink today.

May 14, 2021 - Magnificent bottle, at this point drinking better than its 1999 counterpart. Pure red cherry fruit with the firmness and lightness of Cras, great purity, and despite the firmness, also sensual. I doubt that Cras can get much better than this. The limestone dominates, as it should for Cras. Cellared since original release.
