September 5, 2019 - Beuatiful golden yellow. Great aromas with apple, pear, floral. similar flavors with a touch of oak. Great balance with good acidity. Really nice now, but should last 5+ years.

August 27, 2019 - Downright Burgundian. Not quite the wet rocks you get, but it's very close. For being so young, I wonder if my local source stored them at above-average temperatures for a while in order for them to reach maturity so soon. It works for now, long-term storage be damned.

August 24, 2019 - Had to remind myself that this was cool-climate Anderson Valley fruit. Bright yellow color hints at above-average extraction and ripeness, and it tastes a bit alcoholic at the outset. Very unlike the Alpine Vineyard chardonnays I've had from Rhys, and a disappointment.

August 19, 2019 - PnP. Medium gold. Intriguing nose of mint and orchard fruits. Good balance on the palate with some minerality, crisp fruit and good acidity. This drinks well but could go longer. Better than the last bottle from my previous note.
