    February 8, 2019 - Garnet medium body
Cherry strawberry nose and pallet. Mildly acidic with medium tannins. More than 30 seconds finish. Delicious. Used Vinturi. Best about 2 hours at room temp after being in 54 degree F cellar.

December 18, 2017 - Somewhat restrained compared to other CDP examples. Tannins are wound pretty tight. Rhubarb, but I don’t get much Strawberry.

July 15, 2017 - Color: blood-red hues and tinge. Some transparency.
Nose: heavy dark red fruits with some tartness/earthiness.
Flavor: on the forward, bright red fruits - think strawberries and rainier cherries - that dominate, followed by a touch of pepper and green. Middle is very brief and nondescript. Finish is a touch tart with a linger that's exceedingly brief - 15 seconds at best. Light to medium bodied. Dry.

This one is strange. Profile is almost polar opposite of previous châteauneuf-du-pape bottles tried. Young; needs time to age. Not amazing but still intriguing. Would like to see what happens with another year and see what happens.

March 24, 2017 - Plum and fig. Light and young, raisonated quality. Stewed blueberry

June 24, 2016 - Medium bodied, with a fresh, sweet, polished, strawberry, herbal, floral and spice profile. On the palate, the already open wine offers soft tannins and a forward, fruity, red berry approach for tasty, near term drinking pleasure.
