Community Tasting Notes 1

November 8, 2018 - Still very primary. A ton of fruit on the nose. Stewed cranberry, ripe cherry, apple skin. Some bretty-funk that would blow off and then come creeping back. Ripe cranberry and macerated cherry on the palate. Med+ acid. Great structure. Should have kept it hidden away for longer.
