July 27, 2020 - Steenrode kleur, donkere kern. Krachtig in alcohol (14%). Echte eet-wijn, die gekoeld frisser smaakt. DE zuren zijn een beetje gedempt.

November 30, 2017 - Made from bobal, Malbec and monastrell on a height of 1100 meter. Complex wine that combines velvet flavors with fresh acidity. Tannins are chewy but soft. Slightly dry finish. Taste is medium in power but I would also not call it elegant. Nice wine

March 15, 2017 - Once you get past the reduction you just find a big fat, unpalatable brett cake. Complete failure.

January 25, 2017 - Enofusión 2017; 1/23/2017-1/25/2017 (IFEMA - Madrid): Another wine that smells like manure mixed with plastic that can be sniffed in the AVE station of Cuenca in the month of August. I think the Manchuela does not get there ... For rescuing something positive, a note of quarry sand. In the mouth it is very drying and only a little fruity. It's not for me.
