  December 24, 2007 - Light lemon, grass, little floral and mineral with some saltiness to it. By itself would give an 87. With the water chestnuts wrapped in bacon - an 89.

  August 6, 2007 - Very good sancerre. Nose is very lemony, honydew, mineral and a tad salty.
  Refreshing and live, lemon and minerality are all over with a somewhat creamy feeling but with still a great acidity.

  June 12, 2007 - Very light color - and not sweet or fruity. The wife said lemon and metal. I noted the acidity and the smell of being in my yard - grass or bushes? We both enjoyed it with a plate of crackers, cheeses, olives and vegetables.
