  May 30, 2023 - Popped and poured. Quite a nice wine. Solid yellow, nicely oily. Nice fruit in a sllghtly subdued, shy nose; maybe needs some air to open. Definitely open for business in the mouth, where it shows off nice juicy, tropical ripe fruit and lemon, deftly matched by a fine edge of acidity. Just a bit tart. Finishes clean and fresh. 5-11-16-8: 90/100.

  March 24, 2022 - Un très beau St-Aubin avec cette signature des vins de PYCM, très minérale entre autres, tout en ayant une richesse et rondeur typique du millésime mais sans lourdeur, des saveurs franches et intenses avec une très belle longueur, vraiment très bien. 91-92
  
  Superb St-Aubin with this PYCM signature, mineral driven with a certain richness and roundness typical of that vintage, but without being too heavy, nice length, gorgeous and showing no rush to drink up this 2015.

  January 30, 2021 - My first PCYM, and one of only a few premier cru white Burgundies I’ve had, but dang this was good. Baked apples, banana, and baking spice, a full, creamy texture but with good acidity, on the palate more apple, pear, lemon curd, minerals, sea spray. The warmth of the vintage is clear in some tropical notes but I would not describe this as round. Big thumbs up.
