November 2, 2019 - A lovely bottle, showing loads of mature Riesling notes, full bodied and really nciely balanced with excellent acidity and a very long finish. Interested to see how the bottle holds up over a couple of nights. Cork was pretty destroyed, but the wine seemed to be just fine.

Another tasting - 9 days later!! still beautiful and with lovely balance. Retains the vibrant acidity to match the apple, pear and melon sweetness. Just delicous.

August 29, 2019 - Ce Riesling avec l'age est devenu superbement
    complexe et plus sec.
Un peu de fleurs, de camomille, de citrons et de miel.
Long et suave avec une belle impression
    de minéral en finale.
    Superbe.

June 7, 2019 - Picked this up at a shop in Cape Town since my wife had never had a Riesling before. I probably shouldn't have set such a high bar because this wine was stunning. We drank it over 3 nights and it never dropped off a bit. Wonderful nose of petrol, guava, flowers, and stone fruit. Perfectly balanced between the bit of sweetness and the vibrant acidity. It had a nice, long finish to it and it even felt like it picked up a bit of tannic grip on the 2nd and 3rd nights. This was amazing but has a very long life ahead of it.

May 10, 2019 - This was slightly darker than the last bottle. As per my last bottle, this gave the impression of Pear and white flowers, but with a noticeable and developing tinge of honey. The sweetness is receding and it, together with the acidity, has blended seamlessly into the wine. It lingers in the mouth, without being heavy or cloying. Should definitely get better. A beauty and my best bottle of this to date. As an aside, when lovely with mackerel oath (and indomie)

(J.J. Prum Graacher Himmelreich Auslese) What a nose! Just the essence of Graach. Brilliant. If you have some of this wine you will be happy. With all of it's complex fruit and spice it is truly refreshing.
