Broiche, dried apricots, yellow apples, lemon and a hint of minerality on the nose. In the mouth, a soft delicate mousse with stone fruits, fresh lemon mid palate and a mineral finish. Fresh, soft, complex. Shows the wine age (10 year blend and grand cru sites). Lovely. -

October 12, 2018 - From the wine list at Sushi of Gari. Consistent with prior experience, this is a light bright zippy champagne with lemony citrus, tart green apple and a touch of minerality. Not significantly complex but very drinkable and pairs well with sushi.
