November 17, 2023 - White and gold peach along with pineapple, apricot and honey notes on the nose. Medium bodied (7.5% ABV) with white peach upfront, moving to yellow and golden peach through the middle and adding apricot, mango and pineapple notes. Mid-body has a lot of richness to it and even some sweetness, but not in an overt fashion (not honied, just rich). There's a lot of density here that as the wine opened up and warmed a bit, showed more layers of complexity and nuance. Supported by excellent acidity on the backside as well as balanced, tart citrus notes. Overall, this wine is only starting to get going and in the years to come, should open up through the middle while retaining enough acidity for both structure and contrast.

May 1, 2021 - Luftet en time i åpen flaske. Gyllen, mørk strågul i glasset. Savner litt syre. Lang smak.

November 22, 2018 - Dry riesling is not usually my thing but this was very good. Nice nose, crisp, acidic, apple, quince and grapefruit. Good complexity and good finish. Very nice wine.

Samme aprikossmak i munnen. Interessant å oppdage at vi hadde smakt denne for to uker siden - blander sammen alle Molitor auslesene...

Lang. Syre/sødmebalanse som i Wurzgarten, markant mindre syre enn i Schlossberg. Går bra til både roquefort og brie.
