December 31, 2020 - Ripe and rich fruit, lemon zest, low acidity, some salinity and iodine notes, which are hidden by the overwhelming fruit. Could be a wine from one of the lower situated 1er cru’s of Chassagne. Vaudesir is one of if not the hottest place in Chablis and in a hot year like 2015 it can become very rich. My friends adored it, I prefer the cooler vintages.
