June 17, 2020 - Some details here:
very enjoyable, dense and fruity and even so this wine has less then 1 gr of residual sugar it is quite sweet. But this sweetness is balanced by an wonderful and intense acidity which y normally do not find in Monastrell wines. Remarkable that it is still very young and needs time to develop into the full beauty that it is going to be (91+ I assume). -

December 25, 2018 - Pflaumen, Schokolade und etwas Himbeeren. Ein toller Wein. Nicht so vielfältig für noch mehr Punkte, was der Wein kann, dass kann der aber richtig gut. Mein Wein.

May 28, 2018 - Wundervolle Primärfrucht strömt aus dem Glas, voll und saftig. Leicht gekühlt, ca. 14 Grad, weil es ein sehr warmer Abend ist. Himbeere, Brombeere und ein leichter Bittermandelton im Hintergrund. Das herausragendste Merkmal ist eine wundervolle, intensive Fruchtsäure, die den Wein trägt. Ein echter Genuss und vllt eher 90+. So oder so sehr gut und brilliant wie Pepe Mendoza es schafft in dem heißen Klima, ohne Bewässerung, einen trockenen Monastrell mit 14% Alkohol zu vinifizieren.

May 2, 2018 - Good damn, this is good. Very velvety. Real luxourous feeling in the mouth. But after a while it starts to taste juste a tad too concentrated. Too extracted. What a pity. 86 but for two glasses it was over 90.
