    April 18, 2021 - Excellent on the nose. Aspects of fresh and crisp wind, golden cheese and a hint of nuts.

    Bright golden color, wonderful.

    Very full in the mouth. Lingers for ages, tangy and fresh.

    A taste of Gouda or Jarlsberg cheese, with a finish of chili and lingonberry. At 8° C, bright and cheerfully fresh with plenty of minerals. At 14°C, flavors of cheese and cucumber. Perhaps a hint of cumin.

    Peak time now, don’t wait. Chill well.

    September 19, 2017 - floral nose. long tangy finish. very good with sharp cheeses. always consider the good vintage year vs. a superior vineyard. a very good vintage year here which will usually win out.

    April 3, 2017 - Medium-high intensity aromas that are clean with lemon, stone fruit, mineral, and some herbally notes, all of which come through nicely on the palate and lifted by clean acids. Well-balanced with a nice mineral cut on the long finish.
