Bright golden color, wonderful.
Very full in the mouth. Lingers for ages, tangy and fresh.
A taste of Gouda or Jarlsberg cheese, with a finish of chili and lingonberry. At 8° C, bright and cheerfully fresh with plenty of minerals. At 14°C, flavors of cheese and cucumber. Perhaps a hint of cumin.
Peak time now, don’t wait. Chill well.

November 23, 2017 - Light straw yellow colour. White flowers on the nose with hints of lemons and minerals. Taste of white flowers, lemons and minerals. Beautiful when it has got some air and opened up, a bit acidic once the bottle is opened. Goes well with rich fish, shellfish and sushi.
October 16, 2017 - Petite Vins du Monde (Bodega Santa Cecilia - Madrid): Little expressive on the nose especially if we consider the vintage except for a slight touch of limestone mineral and sweet lemon rind. In the mouth it is evidently young with acidity to settle. A bit short.
Poco expresivo en nariz especialmente si consideramos la añada salvo por un ligero toque de mineral de caliza y de corteza de limón dulce. En boca es evidentemente joven con acidez por asentarse. Se queda un poco corto.

April 3, 2017 - Medium-high intensity aromas that are clean with lemon, stone fruit, mineral, and some herbally notes, all of which come through nicely on the palate and lifted by clean acids. Well-balanced with a nice mineral cut on the long finish.
March 19, 2017 - Chablis village satisfaisant. Citron au nez et en bouche. Certaine ampleur. Rien de complexe mais bel équilibre.
