September 17, 2021 - Bürklin-Wolf Tasting (Freiheit Vinothek, Ulm, Germany): Glass: Zalto Bordeaux
Decanted a few hours before the tasting.
Clear pale golden color. Clear nose, with very interesting smoky notes, some mellow apple, herbs and chalky mineral notes. Dense and beautiful.
On the palate very round, a bit smoky, good acidity and balance. Good depth and density. Long finish. Potential for at least 5+ years. 91-92 -

September 9, 2014 - En delikat og fyldig nese med pære, gule epler, aprikos og masse mineralitet. Flott og rik karakter. Vinen fyller munnen med en nydelig balanse av sødme og syre. Flott konsentrert frukt av høy kvalitet og super lengde med et deilig og syrlig fraspark.

January 9, 2014 - Wonderful nose. Melon, flavour. Good acidity with a slight touch of sweetnes. A wonderful Riesling.
