April 28, 2018 - Give it some air and this wine is awesome. Popped and poured and was underwhelmed just a little honey and waxy aromas and flabby ... Day 2, blowing my mind. If there’s still honey then it’s lime honey and the acidity and fruit keep on giving it up Gotta find some more.

January 24, 2018 - SMD at New Ubin Seafood (New Ubin Seafood, Lam Soon Building): A baby when we drank it, but there is potential here. The nose had an intriguing twang of Cantonese ground nut soup, along with some green gooseberries, sweeter stone fruited aromas, and then very Chenin characteristics of talcum powder and white flowers. The palate was dominated by a spine of super bright acidity that speared through the mouth along with a laser-like beam of citrus zest and mineral, before a quieter drift of flowers floated by, and the wine opened up into a beany, lentil-like base on the midpalate. Lots of acidity and chalky minerality in the long finish too, together with another hit of greener gooseberry tones. There was nice sense of structure and definition to this, but it was a tad punishing to drink without food. Would be good to try again in 4-5 years time.

November 22, 2017 - SLDS November 2017: Slate, lemon, pear and white floral notes. Rich and textured on the palate with a good zing of acidity to cut through. I like how much flavour this has, has good depth as well. Would like to try again in 5 years to see how it develops.

Deliciously vibrant chenin. Really came together after an hour in the glass.
Lovely stone fruit fruitiness within a dry style of wine. very mild oak influence at the backend to give it a bit of texture. a balanced wine that went well with an array of chinese style seafood & white meats. Recommended.
